needs and goals.  I will gather information about your health history and
exercise experience.  Then, we will discuss what program and training
package will work best for you.  You decide how often you want to meet.

Equipment may include dumbbells, bands, tubing, medicine balls, stability
ball, speed & agility cones and ladders, and more!

Fitness Assessment

During our first session, I will evaluate your fitness level to help determine
your exercise program focus.  At any time throughout your training, we
can conduct another assessment to monitor your improvements.  Your
evaluation may include:

  • Heart rate
  • Blood pressure
  • Body fat
  • Body girth measurements
  • Muscular endurance & strength
  • Flexibility
  • Aerobic capacity
