How can I workout without a gym?

You can do everything you need to do with portable equipment such as resistance bands, TRX suspension straps, medicine and stability balls, and your own bodyweight. We have over 10 years experience training people in their homes, and we’ve spent thousands of hours targeting muscles with limited space and equipment. Our specialty is making exercise work for anyone anywhere. Think outside of the box! That’s what we do. 

I’ve tried personal training before and did not have a good experience.

Many clients who have had negative past training experiences have enjoyed training with us. We will listen to your needs and concerns and tailor a program that fits your preferences and limitations. We are committed to earning your trust and helping you get results.

We will guide you through challenging yet safe and effective workouts for changing your body and your health. Every person responds differently and requires a personalized approach to exercise prescription; no one size fits all. We’ll tailor a program just for your specific needs and preferences.

Nutrition Counseling

We won’t beat around the bush. Addressing your diet is a MUST in order to be successful in changing your body. We’ll guide you through proper eating habits and hold you accountable to your plan.

Couple Training

Workout with your spouse, friend, or co-worker at your home or office. You don’t even have to have the same workout. We’ll keep you both moving with specific exercises for each of you according to your needs.

Table Stretching

Stretching is a very important yet neglected component of fitness. We’ll help you improve your flexibility and decrease stiffness, pain, and discomfort in your muscles and joints. We’ll even bring the table!

 

Corporate Small Group

Improve workplace moral and increase productivity by helping improve the health and well-being of your employees. We’ll come to your office and offer a group workout to 3-5 participants. No need to invest in expensive equipment that takes up space. We’ll bring all the tools to you!
